If you’re looking to add an easy fish recipe to your repertoire to improve your vitamin D intake and protect against osteoporosis, look no further than Cookspiration’s Tandoori Haddock.
Makes 4 servings
¼ cup tandoori paste
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 haddock fillets (around 14oz/420g total)
Cover fish with tandoori paste, yogurt, and lemon juice in a shallow dish and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat broiler and move oven rack to 4in/10cm from the top.
Broil fish for 10 minutes and serve with ½ cup of your favourite rice and 1-2 cups of your favourite vegetables.
